A balcony made of sandblasted and lacquered steel and a parapet made of tempered laminated glass. The floors are made of durable padauk wood beams. The structure of the balcony is prefabricated, was installed in two pieces and attached to the building by means of chemical anchoring. The glass and wood were assembled on site.
