Various contruction sites in Belgium

You have on-site responsibility and oversee your colleagues present there. You will report directly to the project leaders on a daily basis and be part of the team of foremen.

• Installing steel structures such as bike shelters, platform canopies, carports, industrial stairs, bike racks, etc.
• Establishing foundations, levels, axes, etc.
• Rigging components using a truck-mounted crane.
• Installing chemical anchors and segment anchors.
• Operating scissor lifts and aerial work platforms.
• Supervising one or sometimes several colleagues.

• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction or the metal industry.
• You can collaborate effectively with others and motivate them as well.
• You have technical insight and a willingness to continuously learn.
• Professionalism, enthusiasm, and reliability are characteristic of your behavior.
• You are customer-oriented, independent, and results-driven.
• Safety at work is a priority for you, and you also promote this approach to your colleagues.
• You have no fear of heights.
• You have a perfect command of the Dutch language. Basic knowledge of English is a plus.
• You can read and interpret construction and architectural plans.
• You are a team player.
• You have a valid driver's license (Category B).
